Dear Abe Wing Families,

While we are entering unfamiliar times, please know that I am here for you! I will update this page, along with the Abraham Wing Library Facebook page and the Library Google Classrooms with resources to help keep our students reading!

While I am currently not able to send any new library books home, I encourage you to download the Sora app or check out the website www.soraapp.com so that you can access our e-book collection. I have sent home directions on how to access it.  You can also access nonfiction e-books through our True Flix Database (found under web resources link on the left).

In the packet I sent home, there is a mixture of important library and technology skill practice sheets, as well as some fun projects and reading activities. Please don't stress about completing every little thing- just get done what you can! The most important thing to me is that our students are reading daily books that they love! Reading will have the most significant impact on their academics and it is really important that they keep reading throughout this time.

If you have any troubles or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be available through e-mail throughout the week at bwilliams@abewing.org, and as of right now, will be in the building on Tuesdays from 8:00-3:00 so you can call me at school. 

Please let the students know that I miss them terribly and I am thinking of them all the time. I cannot wait to have everyone back to school!
